If you received an email notification that your payment failed, please click on the blue Update Payment Method link in the email to fix your payment information.
If you choose not to update your payment information, your transaction will likely be re-submitted with the same payment method.
Why did my payment fail in the first place?
The causes for the causes of an ACH payment failure can vary.
The most common failure reasons include invalid account information, which is often an indication that the account number was either incomplete or mistyped, as well as insufficient funds. Regardless of the reason, you will have an opportunity to resubmit your payment details and retry your renewal payment.
