Locating your PIN

You can locate your PIN on the renewal reminder you received in the mail from the Kansas Department of Revenue online. 

If you no longer have the reminder, visit the KDOR's Print Renewals page to locate it. You can find a direct link here: https://mvs2.dmv.kdor.ks.gov/printrenewals/

Enter your license plate number, select its type from the dropdown menu and click Search. Then, select the blue Click to view your renewal notice button. The renewal notice will open in a new page.

 

Your PIN(s) will be located on the second page of your renewal notice PDF, to the right of the PIN NUMBER.

Note: 

  • The PIN number is separate from the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which appears below the PIN. 
  • If your vehicle does not have a PIN, it is not eligible for online renewal on iKan this year.
