After your payment is complete on iKan, you will receive an email confirmation receipt, and a receipt will be stored in the "Receipts" section of your profile.
Note: If you proceeded through the transaction as a guest user, you will not be able to access the receipt on the website.
Follow the steps below to find your receipt on iKan:
1. After signing in, click the profile icon located in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
2. Click on the Receipts tab to view all of your receipts for payments made through your profile.
- ACH/eCheck payments can take 3-5 business days to clear and receipts will be emailed immediately after the payment clears.
- If you need a new copy of your receipt, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
