If you receive a message that you are not a PayIt customer, it means that you created your account with the Facebook or Google sign-in option. Please select the "Continue with Facebook" or "Continue with Google" button to access your account.
If you are locked out of your account, click "I forgot my password" on the login page to request a password reset link be sent to your inbox. You will receive an email titled "PayIt Account" from email@example.com. Use the password reset link it contains to create a new password to access your account with.
