Find a Receipt on iKan
Once your iKan payment is complete you'll receive a receipt by email confirmation. If you were logged in, a receipt will also be stored in the "Payments" section of your profile. Follow the steps below to find your receipt on iKan:
1. Log in to iKan (see Create a Profile on iKan)
2. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner and click Payments
3. In the "Payment History" section select a receipt to view more information
Note:
- For guest users, although your receipt will not be stored in a profile, you may contact Support to request a copy by clicking the blue "Hi. Need any help?" widget in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Payment made with a bank account can take 3-5 business days to clear. You'll generally see the amount withdrawn from your bank within that timeframe.
- Receipts from any PayIt app transaction will be available in the "Payments" section
